SHIPPING POLICY

All packages are shipped via USPS first class shipping (2-4 days) within 5-10 business days after ordering.

Occasionally there is a mishap that will delay processing (have I ever dropped something while packaging it up? Yes I have). This is rare but if it does happen you'll be notified immediately with an updated processing time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

With the exception of an item that arrives damaged, all sales are final and no returns are accepted. If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please reach out so that I can either offer a replacement or a refund. If an item is damaged after shipping, I don't offer refunds or replacements. However, if you break a part of an order (like say a single pomegranate plate from your Seder plate set) please reach out! I can often make a replacement piece for a small fee.
